Fantastic recipes for using Nefesh Energy mix throughout your day!

Breakfast Oatmeal

This oatmeal is a good breakfast choice to accompany the Nefesh Energy mix.
Place a teaspoon of each of the following 6 items in with the Nefesh mix.
  • sesame seeds
  • chia seeds
  • sunflower seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • steel cut oats
  • rolled oats
A package of each of the 6 items can be purchased at a health food store for around $20.00 and will last a long time.
Place the seeds and oats in a cup of boiling water, lower the temperature to low or medium and cook down until your desired oatmeal texture.
Combine with milk, butter, and/or fruit.
You will not find a more healthy, energizing way to start your day!
