Protein Shakes

Mix one measuring cup (the cup that comes with the Nefesh Be-Pure) of Nefesh Be-Pure with a cup or glass of Almond Milk. Many add a packet of Stevia to have a little sweeter taste. Place in a blender and you will have a tasty smoothy. The original Almond Milk with the lowest calorie count is a good choice for the liquid.

A good breakfast choice to accompany the Nefesh Be-Pure

Place a teaspoon of each of the following 6 items in with the Nefesh Be-Pure mixture
  • sesame seeds
  • chia seeds
  • sunflower seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • steel cut oats
  • rolled oats
A package of each of the 6 items can be purchased at a health food store for around $20.00 and will last a long time.
For a hot breakfast, place the seeds and oats in a cup of boiling water, lower the temperature to low or medium and cook down until it’s about like cooked oatmeal. Eat this with whatever you would eat with a hot cereal. Milk and butter are good.
